"Just Cook This" Debuts on Discovery Health Tonight

Hot off the press!!! Just Cook This debuts on Discovery Health this evening at 8:00 pm EST. With two back-to-back episodes, you'll learn how to whip up some delicious chicken dishes and three non-beef burgers.

Just Cook This is hosted by Sam Zien, a normal every day guy who cooks real food for real people. I've never seen Sam's shows, but he is quite popular in the San Diego area and is lovingly known there as Sam, the Cooking Guy.

Sam has won eight local Emmy awards, so it's apparent his show is entertaining and informative. While you're waiting for the show to air stop by the website where you can learn more about Sam, watch videos and grab some awesome recipes. Just don't get so caught up in the website that you forget to tune in ;-)

I'm debating on whether to make the Mediterranean Chicken Wraps or the Shrimp Tacos for dinner this evening. Both sound so yummy! Maybe I'll just make both  :-)
