Here you will find a list of 2009 - 2010 Cooking Contests for everything from BBQ to baked goods and gourmet goodies to healthy treats. Some are cook-off contests which require physical competition, while others require submission of recipes or videos.

November 2009:
Woman'sDay Magazine is hosting SunRidge Farms Organic Harvest Gift Basket Giveaway. Fifteen lucky winners will receive a gift basket packed with SunRidge Farms products (organic yogurt covered pretzels, trail mix, chocolate covered almonds, tamari almonds and more). No purchase necessary. Contest ends November 14, 2009.
December 2009:
Star Fine Foods ~ Win a Culinary Vacation to Spain. Create and submit a Mediterranean recipe which includes at least one of Star Fine Foods products (olive oil, vinegar, Spanish olives, capers). Download complete contest rules in PDF format.
January 2010:
Mad about Mushrooms ~ Submit a recipe using wild or cultivated mushrooms. Winners receive a locally made Port Orford Cedar plank and Salmon cookbook by Diane Morgan.
May 2010:
Better Homes and Gardens Prize Tested Recipes® 2010 Contest: The 2010 Contest has twelve (12) monthly entry periods during the Contest Period (each a "Monthly Round"). Each Monthly Round will feature two (2) new recipe categories. Your original recipe could be worth up to $400, and winning recipes will be entered to win the 2010 annual Grand Prize -- a selection of appliances from Frigidaire worth up to $10,000. Monthly Prizes: Two $400, two $200, ten $50 honor roll winners.

Black Box Wines "You Got Boxed" Video Contest ~ Black Box offers exquisite wines in a box. The contest consists of sharing Black Box Wines with your friends and capturing their reaction on video when you tell them they are drinking a boxed wine. Black Box Wines awards $2,000 each month and a $10,000 grand prize winner will be announced mid-December. Contest ends 11/30/2009.
